Mattie Porter · Platinum Accounts Manager
Mattie is responsible for delighting key accounts with personal concierge service to our suite of facility maintenance offerings and How Facilities Thrive™ strategies. She originally joined Sage in 2008 as an Administrative Assistant, coming to us with 4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant. Mattie quickly showed her talent for delighting our customers, and earned herself the title “Customer Service Goddess,” a phrase coined by and frequently used by our customers.
Mike Kissinger · Customer Service
Mike provides world-class customer service to our clients and strategic partners worldwide. He joined The Sage Team in 2012, bringing 7 years of experience in the janitorial industry. Mike was rapidly promoted into a leadership role within our Green Cleaning Division, then quickly promoted again, taking over responsibility for customer satisfaction. Mike brings 3 years of professional experience as a world-class customer service representative to this critical position. Mike is currently enrolled at the University of Washington majoring in English.
Sage was formed in 2001, branching out as the operational division of another company designed to educate and inspire individuals and companies to operate more responsibly. Understanding that busy people often do not have the time, expertise, and resources to implement, maintain and measure the success of sustainability programs over time, we started to do it for them as a free service. The results were efficient green systems that are cost-effective and convenient.
